F45 CAMBRIDGE STATION
One of the only class-based gyms in Cambridge, situated metres from the station ,F45 is a perfect destination for local residents and commuters. Every class has two trainers and is led by bespoke technology, allowing experts to deliver a personal training experience in a group class setting. KELSEY KERRIDGE SPORTS CENTRE
Located on the top floor of the sports centre with views over Parker’s Piece, Outlooks Gym features a range of cardio equipment, free weights, VibroGym, battle ropes, TRX, punch bags and more. Mustafa Ustamehmetoglu, Gym Manager and Personal Trainer at Kelsey Kerridge, predicts top trends for 2020 will include functional training (which mimics daily movement) with kettlebells, power bags, etc; strength training (becoming increasingly popular with women); HIIT workouts (featuring short bursts of fat-burning exercise then quick periods of rest); and group training (to promote bonding, productivity and commitment).
